Job Description:

As a key member of the eTeam Global Services Organization, the Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing quotations of sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
  • Partnering with logistics to verify the progress of units and ensure compliance with our processes.
  • Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) of jobs to ensure we meet customer contractual commitments.
  • Handling requests to verify status for receipt or other processing steps for outsourced work.
  • Updating internal system notes for individual jobs and following quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purposes.
  • Supporting the overall Outsource on-site duties on a day-to-day basis, providing good team work and prompt support.
  • Ensuring the supply of high technology materials, equipment, and/or services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
  • Subcontract administration will be based at our Telford, England UK facility.
  • Supporting procurement outsource contract staff as needed, including but not limited to, open order reports, supplier confirmation, on-time delivery, expediting, etc.
