Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Team Lead to join our eTeam team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of processes, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate quotations of subcontract prices to customers via our sales system.
- Process customer requests and ensure timely work management for outsourced services by triggering service orders to our suppliers.
- Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units and ensure compliance with our processes.
- Monitor turnaround times to ensure we meet customer contractual commitments.
- Handle requests to verify status for receipt or other processing steps for outsourced work.
- Update internal system notes for individual jobs and follow quality procedures to log certificates for auditing purposes.
- Support on-site duties and provide good teamwork and prompt support to our team.
- Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in accordance with our supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
- Administer subcontracting activities from our Telford, UK facility within our Global Services Organization.
- Support procurement outsourcing contract staff as needed, including open order reports, supplier confirmation, on-time delivery, expediting, and other tasks.
- Utilize strong computer office skills to perform this role.
