Client Success Partner

About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive client retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients
- Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities
- Regularly meet and engage with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend solutions
Requirements:
- 0-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to use Arabic at a Business or Native level
