About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients
  • Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities
  • Regularly meet and engage with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend solutions

Requirements:

  • 0-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to use Arabic at a Business or Native level
