Procurement Specialist

proAV Limited is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Egham team. As a key member of our Purchasing Team, you will be responsible for purchasing goods and services to meet business and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Purchasing Team Lead and Team Members
- Analyze costs and negotiate pricing and lead-times
- Draft and issue purchase orders up to authorized limits
- Manage Purchase Orders in SAP from pricing to receipt
- Select Business Partners based on commercial and program factors
- Review inventory across multiple Warehouse locations
- Update project data, including lead-times, due dates, and receipts
- Procurement schedules
- Effective communication throughout the business and with Business Partners
- Restock excess hardware with consideration to future demand versus costs
- Manage Business Partner data on SAP and price lists
- Purchase Ledger queries
- Supplier report analysis
- Time management
Requirements
- Experience in procurement or purchasing
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
