About The Role

proAV Limited is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our Egham team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the buyer and PM with the successful order management from placement through to invoicing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Processing orders with suppliers
  2. Following up with suppliers to verify order details
  3. Tracking orders to Warehouse and third-party addresses
  4. Coordinating with buyers, Project Managers, Logistics, and Warehousing teams
  5. Monitoring daily reports for tasks and deadlines

Personal Skills

  3. Prioritization and time management skills
  4. Responsibility and ownership of daily challenges
  5. Invoicing and query management

Requirements
