Italian HR Business Partner for EMEA Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian HR Business Partner to join our EMEA Head Office in the UK. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing human resources policies within your designated geographic location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current Italian employment law and assess its impact on the working environment.
  • Provide advisory services to management and staff on human resources management matters.
  • Maintain a harmonious and motivated working climate, taking appropriate action as necessary.
  • Liaise with Regional Leaders on employee lifecycle issues, capturing aspects of human capital engagement.
  • Manage potential areas of conflict within the workplace, leading through effective resolution.
  • Provide support to EMEA Recruitment Managers and geographical Regional Leaders for recruitment within the region.
  • Undertake specific assignments that may require evaluating various market offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education and a recognised Personal Development qualification, along with a minimum of five years' experience working in a generalist Human Resources role. They should also possess Italian employment law knowledge, leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication and relationship building skills. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
