HR Advisor Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team at Reed. This role is integral to maintaining our high standard HR function and will offer the right candidate a chance to make a significant impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing senior management with advice and guidance on staffing issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Develop and maintain the company's HR policies and procedures.
- Manage all elements of the Employee Lifecycle, including maternity, paternity pay, payroll, and benefits.
- Contribute to HR-related projects, offering insights and expertise to drive initiatives forward.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably at a senior level.
- Demonstrable responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and advisory capacity to senior business stakeholders.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
