C-level executives from top organizations connect with Evanta communities to share insights, validate strategies, and solve leadership challenges through peer-to-peer collaboration. As a Business Development Strategist, you will hunt new sales opportunities by strategically selling sponsorships into Evanta conference portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Relationships: Develop relationships with sales and marketing professionals across all organization levels to drive business growth.
  • Predictable Sales Pipeline: Create a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment and achieve sales goals.
  • Client Priority Identification: Clear high-level decision makers to elevate influence and identify client priorities for sponsorship sales.
  • Sales Execution: Execute on priorities through sponsorship sales, with monthly on-site meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, and a Bachelor's degree. A strong understanding of enterprise-wide issues and innovative solutions is essential, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing issues faced by C-level executives. The ability to travel is required, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential.
