Key Responsibilities
  1. Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients, ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription
  2. Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities
  3. Identify approaches that address the client's challenges
  4. Conduct regular analysis to understand client performance and engagement
  5. Participate in or lead team initiatives that support continuous improvement
