Client Success Strategist

The Client Success Strategist role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients, ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities
- Identify approaches that address the client's challenges
- Conduct regular analysis to understand client performance and engagement
- Participate in or lead team initiatives that support continuous improvement
