Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data sets for Winners Circle, our annual incentive events.
  • Partner with stakeholders in HR and Finance to collect and analyze data on qualifiers.
  • Collaborate with the registration team to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the wider team with data requests and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve financial objectives and contribute to the success of the Corporate Events & Incentives Team and Variable Compensation Team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in events/project management, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management skills, data analysis, and Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time globally.
