Revenue Growth Specialist

Leverage your data science expertise to drive revenue growth and enhance our organisation's revenue management capabilities.

About the Role

This key position will enable the establishment of a foundation for revenue management practices, leading to significant revenue increase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fellow data scientists to develop a cutting-edge Revenue Management System.
  • Take charge of revenue forecasting, delivering insights that empower business leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Design and implement sophisticated algorithms for pricing strategies that maximise revenue potential.
  • Execute comprehensive testing, including simulations and A/B tests, to evaluate the impact of recommendations.
  • Act as a champion for data-driven decision-making, enhancing understanding of market dynamics, offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Partner with the Head of Revenue Management to promote adoption of best practices across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including demand forecasting, optimisation, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines).
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a proven track record in statistical modelling.
  • Expertise in forecasting and optimisation techniques.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as airlines, hotels, retail, car rental, or e-commerce would be advantageous.
