We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and possess strong written, verbal, and phone skills.

In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. This will involve identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

You'll work closely with our team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities. Additionally, you'll be responsible for account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 basic and uncapped commission, as well as a range of benefits, including remote working options, company events, and opportunities for career progression.

The core responsibilities of this role are:

  • Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
  • Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.
  • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources.
  • Utilising email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.
