Job Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This includes leading, developing, and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth, creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business development and market expansion, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets by implementing effective performance management and coaching strategies, overseeing the sales pipeline, monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales role within Financial Services, ideally in the Commercial Insurance space.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
