Senior Revenue Growth Leader

As a Senior Revenue Growth Leader, you will be responsible for leading the ISP Business Unit at a start-up full fibre broadband provider. The successful candidate will oversee B2C, B2B, Wholesale, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Products.
The role requires a strong leadership skillset to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and optimize performance
- Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £175,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a car allowance of £5,000 and a 10% bonus scheme. Hybrid working arrangements are also available, with the option to work remotely or from our Peterborough office.
