Revenue Generation Lead

Job Description
Nexus Elite invites applications from experienced Revenue Generation Leads to join its Seasonal Turnaround Services (STS) team. As a key contributor, you will focus on driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and partnership development.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within facilities management, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with senior leaders to design and execute business growth plans, targeting high-value opportunities in the PBSA and university sectors.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Unit Directors and Administration Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue high-value business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Able to provide evidence of managing and delivering £1m+ sales targets.
