Heavy Industry Revenue Growth Specialist

**Job Overview:** Novo Executive Search is seeking a seasoned commercial professional to lead sales efforts in the heavy industry sector. As a Bulk Equipment Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to drive revenue growth and enhance sales processes
- Demonstrate technical capabilities and benefits of offered solutions and services to potential customers
- Promote up-selling and cross-selling benefits to all customer accounts
- Assist with after-sales and service queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure satisfaction
**Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in heavy industrial markets, particularly bulk equipment handling and/or process industry environments
- A commercially focused individual with Business Development Manager or Sales Manager experience in industrial engineering companies, manufacturing, or services
- Sales Manager career experience in industrial engineering companies, ideally based in the West Midlands or nearby
- An engineering mindset with manufacturing industry knowledge, enabling credible communication with staff and target customer base
- Cultural fit with the size and nature of the business
