Industrial Sales Manager

Novo Executive Search is proud to partner with a leading company in the bulk equipment handling and process industry sectors, seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead their sales team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy industrial markets, ideally within the West Midlands or near proximity. This role offers an attractive long-term incentive scheme, a stable and financially strong business, and the opportunity to be part of an organisation at a time of real growth.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
- Working closely with the Sales Director on strategic revenue growth and making it happen
- Planning, managing, and interacting with existing and new customer accounts within the marketplace
- Improving, enhancing, and modernising the company's sales processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in heavy industrial markets
- A commercially focused individual with excellent communication skills
- Sales Manager career experience within industrial engineering companies, manufacturing, or services
