The Role
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, overseeing the estimating team, and ensuring the business maintains a steady flow of high-quality enquiries and orders. You will work closely with our design team to develop innovative solutions for clients and identify new business opportunities. If you have experience in sales and estimating, preferably in the construction industry, we encourage you to apply.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract completion.
- Oversee the estimating team to ensure accurate quotes and proposals are submitted to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our design team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of business development and strategic planning is essential.
