Job Title: Business Sales Development Manager

At GREENPASS GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote GREENPASS products and services
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT/Software industry
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Market knowledge and understanding of software, building architecture, and real estate
