  • Cultivate strong partnerships with multiple agencies to address the needs of children and families.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll be a qualified social worker with extensive experience leading a diverse team of professionals, including Social Workers, Social Work Students, and Family Workers, with a strong emphasis on reflective supervision.

  • Child-focused philosophy: Prioritising children's well-being and interests to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills: Establishing strong connections with children, young people, and families to provide effective support.
  • Risk management expertise: Confidently assessing and navigating complex situations.
