  • Pro-actively manage a dynamic staff team to ensure timely support for children and families.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will be a qualified social worker with experience managing a diverse team of Social Workers, Social Work Students, and Family Workers, focusing on reflective supervision.

  • Child-centric approach: Prioritising children's well-being and interests, ensuring their needs guide decision-making.
  • Relationship-building expertise: Building strong relationships with children, young people, and families to provide effective support.
  • Skill in managing risk and uncertainty: Confidently assessing and navigating uncertain situations.
  • Leveraging performance data: Skilled at informing practice and driving positive outcomes for children and families.
