We are currently seeking a collaborative and skilled individual to join our team as a Collaborating Team Member. In this role, you will work closely with team members, children, families, and professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes for families with children in need plans.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective use of statutory data to inform planning and facilitate improvement. You will also leverage performance data to drive positive outcomes for children and families, prioritizing their well-being and interests.
