We are seeking an Advanced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Hand Therapy team at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality clinical care and rehabilitation services to patients in West Dorset.

The role involves managing a significant caseload of patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of clinical pathways and protocols. You will also participate in education and training programs, ensuring continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of patients, including those with neurological conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways and protocols
  • Participate in education and training programs

Estimated Salary: £44,000 - £65,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced hand therapist, with excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of clinical governance. They will also be able to work autonomously and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
