Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to lead our ICSD team in delivering exceptional care to patients with complex mental health needs. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, assessing patient needs, and developing individualised care plans.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes, prioritise tasks, and manage resources effectively. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for community mental health.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  2. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  3. Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support where needed
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified RGN/RMN or OT
  • Proven experience in community mental health and dementia care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work flexibly and manage a caseload
