Join Our Multidisciplinary Team: Experienced Team Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues, children, families, and professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes for families with children in need plans.

You will be responsible for managing risk and uncertainty while prioritizing the well-being and interests of children. Additionally, you will leverage performance data to drive positive outcomes for children and families, ensuring effective use of statutory data to inform planning and facilitate improvement.

About Us: Dorset Council provides over 450 services to 300,000 residents, striving for excellence and diversity. We offer employee benefits, training opportunities, and a supportive environment that values growth and success. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) for 8 months. Estimated salary: £42,000 - £50,500 per annum.
