About the Job

We are seeking a Neighbourhood Services Coordinator to join our team in South West and surrounding areas. As a key member of our neighbourhood services team, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient tenancy and estate management service to our customers.

As a seasoned professional with experience in carrying out housing officer/manager roles, you will have a proven track record of directly managing affordable housing and ensuring estate standards are upheld within a customer-focused framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a high-quality tenancy and estate management service
  • Carry out site visits and tenancy reviews to ensure compliance with housing legislation and procedures
  • Develop and implement neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans to drive excellence in estate management

This role is agile/home based, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

About Our Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, pension with matched contributions up to 7%, excellent holiday package – 35 days annual leave with the option to buy or sell leave, and a bonus scheme for all colleagues at 2%.

Total estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
