**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in providing critical support services to kinship carers and young people. This role requires a deep understanding of childcare legislation, statutory guidance, and fostering standards, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.

As a key member of our Special Guardianship Team, you will work closely with the Leaving Care Team to ensure young people have a clear pathway to independence and their individual needs are met. You will also contribute to the development of the service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

A competitive salary of £35,745 - £43,041 (dependent on experience) reflects the importance of this role in making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people. **Key Responsibilities:**
