Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

The Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services in the Integrated and Holistic Care Group.

You will have significant and recent operational middle management experience involving budgetary, staff and service management in an acute hospital setting. Additionally, you will have experience in managing and delivering significant organisational change programmes, as well as developing and implementing service/business planning.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide leadership and day-to-day management focusing on the delivery of services in the Integrated and Holistic Care Group.
  • To contribute to service delivery meetings and communicate highly sensitive information about performance and changes within the service.
  • To manage complex issues relating to equipment, incidents, accidents, complaints and defects in supplies.
