Housing Service Delivery

The Prevention of Homelessness Coordinator will be responsible for developing and promoting strong links and work in partnership with public bodies and other partners such as Adult and Children's services, Probation, CMHT, Police, NHS, and supported/housing providers and street outreach teams to identify help and assistance for vulnerable and complex clients.

You will also be responsible for constructingively participating in one-to-one supervision, case reviews, case conferences, employee appraisals, and training sessions. The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
