About You:

To excel in this role, you'll be a qualified social worker with a proven track record of leading a diverse team of professionals, including Social Workers, Social Work Students, and Family Workers, with a strong emphasis on reflective supervision.

  • Commitment to child-centred practice: Prioritising children's well-being and interests to inform decision-making.
  • Skilled relationship-builder: Establishing strong connections with children, young people, and families to provide effective support.
  • Risk management expertise: Confidently assessing and navigating complex situations.
