Mental Health Support Worker

Apricus Resourcing ltd is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join their team in Oxford.
As an experienced individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, you will empower adults to make positive changes in their drug and alcohol lifestyle choices.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £17.40-£19.80, benefits including fast-tracked DBS disclosure, dedicated consultant, efficient payroll, and leading rates. You will have the opportunity to earn a leading referral bonus.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of therapeutic recovery principles.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the team to organize and facilitate therapeutic community programs, coordinating tasks and activities, monitoring risk, and administering medication.
