Advanced Nursing Practitioner in Community Mental Health

Job Overview: Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Advanced Nursing Practitioner in Community Mental Health to fill this challenging role. As a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will work closely with the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team to promote recovery and relapse prevention.
\Main Responsibilities:
\- As an autonomous practitioner, you will contribute to the multi-disciplinary team's efforts to undertake specialist nursing assessments.
- You will partner with service users and their families/carers to develop treatment plans that prioritize their safety, well-being, and independence.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions following NICE guidelines in various community settings is essential.
- Regularly reviewing care and outcomes to monitor progress and adapt treatment options as required is critical.
Requirements and Benefits:
\- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Relevant experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- NMC Registration.
- A competitive hourly rate of £28 (assignment rate).
