Job Title: Children's Complex Care Nurse
Location: Oxford Area
We are seeking a dedicated paediatric nurse to deliver high-quality care and support to a young person with complex needs in a community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing bespoke care and support to meet the individual's needs
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the young person, family, and carers
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in paediatric care
- Recent experience in suctioning, mechanical cough assist, and care of gastrostomy
- Passion, resilience, and highly skilled in delivering high-quality care
