Clinical Anaesthesia Specialist In Paediatric Intensive Care Unit

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Anaesthesia Specialist to join our team in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our anaesthetic department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality anaesthesia care to patients in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development of our anaesthetic department through participation in clinical audit, quality improvement, and education
Requirements
- Full GMC registration and license to practice
- FRCA or equivalent qualification
- 5 years' experience in anaesthesia and intensive care within a structured training programme

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to patient care
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time post based at Horton General Hospital, Banbury. The postholder will be required to work a resident on-call rota, providing support to the trauma theatre and critical care/airway support to the rest of the hospital.
