- Provide education and training to families and carers on how to care for children with complex needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
We are looking for a Paediatric Community Nurse with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience, who is passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. You will have recent experience in suctioning, mechanical cough assist, care of gastrostomy, and change of gastrostomy - emergency only.
