About the Role
As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents across various locations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure that all residents receive exceptional care.
You will have the autonomy to make decisions and take charge of your work, with opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career. Your salary will be around £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on your experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Develop and implement care plans
- Mentor and supervise staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification
- NMC registration
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
