Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the ongoing introduction of research-based change to improve patient-centered care.
- Clinical Supervision
- You will engage in and promote Clinical Supervision to enhance your own practice and that of others.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in clinical leadership and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated salary: £37,338 to £44,962 per annum pro rata.
