**Job Title:** Lead Cybersecurity Specialist

**Location:** London, UK (or Remote)

**Salary Range:** £100,000 - £130,000 per annum

Tide is a leader in the business financial platform space, and we're seeking an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Threat Detection and Response team. As a key member of our security engineering team, you'll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructure, threat detection solutions, and incident response strategies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall security posture of our platform.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.
  • Develop and maintain threat detection playbooks, ensuring timely and effective incident response.
  • Collaborate with security engineers, developers, and product managers to identify and prioritize security features and requirements.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
