The ideal candidate will have prior in-house experience and be able to partner effectively with HR, utilise data to inform hiring decisions, and showcase best practice in recruitment and talent acquisition.

About the Role
  • Lead recruitment across a wide range of functions and role levels from manufacturing to sales, from early careers to senior management.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage the internal and external talent acquisition process.
  • Coach stakeholders on the talent acquisition process ensuring hiring manager capability and a great candidate experience.
  • Own the intern and apprenticeship programme, focusing on ensuring JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is an employer of choice and has a great brand with local schools and universities.
  • Capture and present recruitment analytics to drive acquisition strategy and manage the budget to deliver the talent acquisition annual operating plan.
Candidate Experience
  • Receive, review, and qualify all candidates, focusing on quality and candidate experience.
  • Manage all communications, including interview booking and testing processes with candidates and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Explore innovative routes to market.
  • Develop and implement an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to promote JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS' employer brand internally and externally.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team on selected projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing a recruitment process within a fast-paced environment both in-house and agency.
  • Experience recruiting in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in leading or participating in EVP and Employer Brand activities and projects.
  • Demonstrable experience of project management across multiple disciplines or functions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, have a personal pride in finding the "right" candidate, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
