We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and developing strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices. You will also possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and established company in Banbury, with regular travel to other UK sites. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£44,000 per annum, plus benefits including Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Employer funded Health Cash Plan, EAP scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, training and development opportunities, 22 days annual leave rising to 26 with service.

  • Recruitment Strategy Development
    • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conducting market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Recruitment Process Management
    • Leading the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage.
    • Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
