Bibby Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services to SMEs, and we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Banbury.
This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a hybrid approach to work. The successful candidate will need to be able to commute to our Banbury office regularly.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who has a proven track record of success in business development and client acquisition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and grow our existing business.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,660 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
We estimate that the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
