About the Role

Citizens Advice West Northamptonshire and Cherwell Ltd invites applications for a Benefits Caseworker position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality benefits casework, managing project work queues, and reporting case status updates to the Group Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert benefits advice to clients via digital channels and face-to-face interactions.
  • Attend outreach locations in West Northamptonshire and Cherwell districts to provide services as required.
  • Manage project work queues and report case status updates to the Group Manager.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
