Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team at Citizens Advice West Northamptonshire and Cherwell Ltd. As a key member of our Benefits and Generalist Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing project work queues, delivering benefits casework and advice to clients via digital channels and face-to-face interactions. You will also attend outreach locations in West Northants and Cherwell to provide services.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and life insurance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Social Work or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
