Job Overview
As a Compliance and Documentation Specialist at HelloFresh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's quality management documentation is up-to-date and compliant with ISO 9001 standards. This includes developing standard operating procedures, reviewing and maintaining documentation, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent performance.

About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of process writing and Lean principles. A GCSE English and Maths background, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, is essential. Proficiency in documentation software and version control systems is also necessary. As a bonus, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a STEM-related degree would be highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including SOPs and process improvements
* Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent performance and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
* Review and update documentation regularly to reflect changes and best practices
* Identify opportunities for improvement using structured methodologies like LSS
* Provide updates on progress, risks, and escalations
