Document Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced document control specialist to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, revision, and maintenance of quality management documentation. This includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs/WBIs) to ensure consistent performance across all departments and teams, as well as evaluating and improving departmental processes and documentation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in process writing or a similar role and will be proficient in documentation software and version control systems. They will also have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles. In return, they will receive a competitive salary of £57,500 per annum, plus benefits such as a company pension scheme, gym membership, and private medical insurance.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop SOPs/WBIs to ensure consistent performance across all departments and teams. They will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, including version control and updates. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
