Job Description
HelloFresh is a fast-growing food tech company, and we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management documentation meets regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, reviewing and updating documentation, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in process writing and Lean principles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need proficiency in documentation software and version control systems. A GCSE English and Maths background, along with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a STEM-related degree, would be highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including SOPs and process improvements
* Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Review and update documentation regularly to reflect changes and best practices
* Identify opportunities for improvement using structured methodologies like LSS
* Provide updates on progress, risks, and escalations
