Job Summary
HelloFresh is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager - Documentation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, revision, and maintenance of quality management documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards across the Windmill Site. You will also collaborate with departments to resolve standardization issues, share best practices, and drive compliance.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process writing and Lean principles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in documentation software and version control systems is essential. A GCSE English and Maths background, along with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a STEM-related degree, would be highly valued.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the creation, revision, and maintenance of quality management documentation
* Collaborate with departments to resolve standardization issues and share best practices
* Drive compliance with ISO 9001 standards across the Windmill Site
* Develop and execute Systems & Process site strategies aligned with broader business KPIs
* Work strategically to ensure that work streams deliver tangible benefits to the business
