About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. In this critical role, you will oversee the implementation of quality standards and procedures across our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Dive deep into data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, leveraging your expertise to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to quality control auditors, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and auditing procedures, ensuring seamless performance across shifts.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to drive root cause analysis, developing actionable plans to mitigate errors and enhance overall quality.
  • Serve as a key liaison between QC teams and production, fostering open communication and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of [£44,500](https://www.gov.uk/tax-free-payments-for-expenses/uk-salary-thresholds) annual salary (including benefits), reflecting your experience and qualifications.
  • Prior experience in team management and quality assurance within the food industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Gsheet/Excel, with an ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills, navigating ambiguous situations with ease.
