Job Summary: Newly Weds Foods, a leading global food ingredients business, is seeking a Quality Assurance Director to join their senior management team at the Banbury site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the quality and food safety strategy in line with the wider business objectives, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

The successful applicant will have a degree-level education or equivalent, 5 years of quality management experience, relevant HACCP qualification, and Food Safety Level 3 certification. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To be the quality and food safety champion for the site.
  • Responsible for delivering the quality and food safety strategy in line with the wider business objectives.
  • Charged with leading and developing the quality team of 13 people.

Benefits:

Location: Newly Weds Foods, Banbury
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 (dependent upon skills and experience)
