Senior Motor Control Expert

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Motor Control Expert to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in motor control algorithm design and implementation using model-based development tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with hands-on experience working in high-voltage and high-power testing environments. A degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent is required for this role.
The salary for this position is expected to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Specify, design, and document control algorithms for motors such as axial permanent magnet motors.
- Model, analyse, and simulate motors and high-voltage electric drives.
- Design and implement motor control algorithms using model-based development tools.
- Verify and validate motor control algorithms, including control algorithm calibration and testing in HIL, dynamometer, and vehicle test environments.
